Experié Terms
At YOROZU SPACE栄, Experié, we put together these terms of use to ensure that all participants can enjoy our services safely and comfortably. By completing your payment, you are deemed to have agreed to all terms outlined herein, and your registration will be processed accordingly. We continuously strive to improve our services and we welcome any feedback or suggestions you may have. If you are renting a Kimono, please also review the Kimono Rental Guide for detailed information on return procedures, the security deposit, and our policies regarding stains, damage, and repair charges.
｜Registration & Participation｜

After purchase, you will automatically receive an email from YOROZU SPACE栄 containing your participation (reservation) ticket or, for online sessions, the access link. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder. If it is still not found, kindly contact us directly.

For information regarding capacity limits, age requirements, and other conditions, please refer to each program’s “Details” page. For safety reasons, some program may not allow to participate with children. If you wish to bring children, please make sure to inform us in advance.

Participation is strictly prohibited for members of organized crime groups, related organizations, or any other anti-social entities.
｜Cancellations ＆ Changes｜

Programs may be canceled or modified due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other unavoidable operational circumstances. We will make every effort to notify participants in advance, but please understand that prior notice may not always be possible.

Online sessions may be affected by network or infrastructure conditions in each country. If a session is canceled or interrupted due to circumstances on our side, we will provide a credit for a future session or, upon request, a refund.

｜Cancellation Policy｜
If you are unable to attend after completing your purchase, please notify us as early as possible. We can offer a credit toward a future session, or arrange a refund upon request by contacting YOROZU SPACE栄 directly. Please note that once a reservation has been canceled, we may offer the available spot to guests on the waiting list. As a result, should you wish to make a reservation again, we may be unable to accommodate your request depending on availability.
Once payment has been completed, your booking is considered confirmed, and the following cancellation fees will apply. Please note that cancellation fees may also apply if you are unable to attend due to transportation issues not related to natural disasters.

Cancellation 2–3 days prior (Japan time): 10% of the listed price.

Cancellation 1 day prior (Japan time): 30% of the listed price.

Cancellation on the day of the event (Japan time): 50% of the listed price.
Important:
For workshops and sessions with participation fees of ¥500 or less (excluding tax), as well as donation-based payments, refunds are not available. If you are unable to attend, please contact us in advance, and we will provide the amount paid as a credit toward a future session.
｜Prohibited Conduct｜
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, the following actions are prohibited. If any of these behaviors are observed, participation may be declined or you may be asked to leave during the session:

Actions that disrupt the session or disturb other participants

Smoking inside the building

Soliciting, promoting, or selling products, services, religious activities, or multi-level marketing schemes

Actions that may damage equipment or facilities

Any other behavior deemed inappropriate by the management
*Please note that no refunds will be issued for participants removed due to prohibited conduct.
｜Liability & Damages｜

YOROZU SPACE栄 is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage of personal belongings. Participants are responsible for managing their valuables.

We shall not be liable for injuries or accidents within the space, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence.

If a participant causes inconvenience or damage to others, resolution is the responsibility of the parties involved. YOROZU SPACE栄 assumes no liability.

YOROZU SPACE栄 does not encourage participants to exchange contact information. We are not responsible for any disputes, accidents, or other issues that may occur outside our facility.
｜Updates to the Terms｜
We reserve the right to amend these terms as necessary. Revised terms take effect from the date they are posted on our website. Participants are responsible for reviewing the latest version of the terms before using our services.
